Return/Exchange Policy

All we ask is that the items for return be returned unused and in original container. All the original packaging must be included. Do not mark outside of manufactures boxes. You may return any item for a credit of the purchase price or exchange for another product.  For faster service a return should be made within 15 days of purchase. Over 15 days items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please include name and order number inside package with a note explain why item is returned. If you are wanting an exchange please let us know what you are exchanging the item for.

Insure package for the value of the item you are shipping.

Merchandise covered by manufacture’s warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

 

Damaged Shipments

Sometimes it happens, so rest assured that S.R.M.O. takes all responsibility, Email us  (Sharkrivermailorder@gmail.com) to get instructions and start us shipping you another product right away. You pay nothing extra for this. All packages are insured with carrier automatically without any cost to you.
